On June 22, the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) rescinded the license to Global Gaming Entertainment Group. From that date the Swedish company cannot carry out gaming operations. After losing the license, Global Gaming cannot register new players in its database or accept new deposits from already registered customers.
Among its obligations is to allow access to accounts and to reimburse all funds to its clients. MGA has made this drastic decision for having breached the regulations. In a note issued on the MGA website, it specifies that Global Gaming has disregarded its obligations under the regulatory framework within the stipulated time. They also add that Global Gaming has not paid the annual license fee and other mandatory contribution fees to MGA.
