New advertising code to regulate online gambling

Online gambling companies in Spain have worked together to develop a new advertising code to regulate online gambling. The person in charge of preparing these rules has been JDigital, the Spanish Association for Digital Gaming, and they have the endorsement of the DGOJ. The new measures will take effect on January 15, 2020. Code of Conduct on Commercial Communications of Gambling Activities aims to establish additional control measures in both television and radio and digital advertising. The main measures of the new advertising code are:

Agreement to fight gambling and addiction to gambling
